Intimate and rustic with a small bar and restrooms, the second floor of our Grist Mill is perfect for tastings, meetings, presentations or team gatherings.
Empire Room (capacity- 70) Large bar set up, configurable to event needs, 2 restrooms, covered deck with tables/chairs, handicap lift
Just steps away from the Grist Mill in a building of it’s own, our Empire Room offers a truly private experience complete with a bar, private restrooms and covered front deck.

With over 30+ lush acres on the Shawangunk Kill, beauty abounds making Tuthilltown Spirits Distillery the perfect location for outdoor events and photo shoots. From lush summer greenery to vibrant autumn foliage fit for a romance novel, it’s the perfect backdrop to your event.
