You’ve always been able to sample your way through our aged and unaged spirits but with the recent release of a series of new Premium whiskies, you can now opt for an upgrade – Six samples all aged at 5 Years or older* including our newest Port Cask Finish Rye and Sherry cask Finish Bourbon. And while the Sherry Cask had previously been available under our X Series labelling, it’s recent release sees it at 8 Years vs the previous aging of 6 Years. (If you loved it before…)

Sampling on your own or coupling with a tour, it’s a whiskey lovers’ paradise – taking our thru-the-distillery-style tour where we make our award-winning Hudson Whiskey, sampling premium Hudson Whiskey liquids previously unattainable or hard to get, exploring our vintage 1788 Grist Mill tasting room, taking in all the beauty of the Hudson Valley and then finding the perfect chill space out on our deck over the Shawangunk Kill or inside in the AC if it’s a day where it feels like we’re living on the sun’s anvil (extra points if you know that last reference!!!)

*Baby Bourbon Decanted is not aged at 6 Years or older, however, due to its extremely limited nature and that it was aged and bottled in the earliest days of our distillery, we count it amongst our Premiums. When you think about it, it’s sampling a bit of history, really.
