Port Cask 8 Year Rye is here - Distillery Exclusive!

Our Premium Line has expanded with the release of our Port Cask Finish 8 Year Rye. Spending 3.5 years aging in new American Oak barrels and finishing for another 4.5 years in Port barrels, the 8 year mark has leant a smooth and velvety character to this whiskey that is like no other.

And it’s as local as we can make it! Our bourbon barrels spent time aging Port at Whitecliff Vineyard& Winery located right here in out neighborhood. Once they were tipped (and bottled to create Whitecliff’s Bourbon Barrel Blonde) they returned to the distillery to lay in our Rye until the time was right.

And that time is now!

It’s the sippingest (is that even a word) whiskey you can imagine and best served neat.
