Released just in time to kick off summer, This Is Your Favorite Summer Rye is an 8-year-old single barrel and one of the oldest statements to be released at the distillery. One sip and there’s no doubt it’s special. Featuring creamy vanilla and toffee tones and a wonderfully sweet scent, TIYFSR celebrates all things summer. Some might liken it to sipping a root beer float on a lazy summer afternoon.

Made from locally grown NY grains with our standard mashbill of 95% rye, 5% malted barley and aged for eight years on site in the heart of the Hudson Valley, we knew this barrel was something truly special. With only one barrel available, This Is Your Favorite Summer Rye comes in a 375ml bottle. It features a playful summer label design and is only available at the distillery.
