2 parts Hudson Whiskey Back Room Deal
1 egg white
3/4 parts fresh lemon juice
3/4 parts honey ginger syrup
- lemon peel

Shake all ingredients with ice for 30 seconds. Strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with a lemon peel.
