Stars & Strawberries

1 1/2 part Hudson Whiskey Do The Rye Thing
3/4 part lemon juice
1/2 part simple syrup
2 muddled strawberries
- ginger beer topper
- mint sprig and strawberry slice garnish

In a cocktail glass, muddle strawberries and top with ice. Shake lemon juice, simple syrup and Do The Rye Thing with ice and strain into glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with mint sprig and strawberry slice.
