New York Sour
2 parts Hudson Whiskey Do The Rye Thing
1 part lemon juice, freshly squeezed
3/4 part simple syrup
1 egg white
1/2 part red wine
Add all ingredients excepting red wine to cocktail shaker without ice. shake hard to emulsify the egg white. Add ice, shake hard and strain into a rocks glass.
Using a bar spoon, gently float red wine over the back of the spoon, layering the wine gently atop the egg white foam to complete.
